2nd Annual Emergency Fundraiser during Ramadan (July/August 2012)
Together we raised over $22,000 to help purchase food for the poor and unfortunate in Afghanistan and this we wish to raise even more, with your help of course! Please spread the word and Share our cause with all you know! 

Over $22,000 raised were sent to Afghanistan to purchase food for the homeless, presents & new clothes for the orphans per tradition for Eid (Islamic Holiday) & school supplies to students.

Money donated went directly into bags of rice, beans, flour, sugar and many other non-perishable food items that families would be able to cook with and be fed for at least 2 weeks. 

All clothing donations were shipped to Afghanistan and winter items such as jackets,sweaters, socks, hats, scarfs, shoes etc were handing out to children in need.
